1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bedi baji platform and all related services. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

bedi baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform. The platform offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and betting on cricket and other sports. All services provided here are operated for entertainment purposes only.

These Terms have been prepared in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

3 Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your bedi baji account. You are strongly advised not to share your password or login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, notify the support team immediately.
• Renting or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• You may log in from multiple devices, but it is best not to run multiple sessions at the same time.

3.1 Technical Security

bedi baji uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Regular security reviews are carried out to prevent unauthorised access by third parties.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bedi baji currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase due to verification processes or technical reasons.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bedi baji offers new users a 100% welcome bonus, where a bonus of up to ৳5,000 can be received on the first deposit. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw the ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers.

5.1 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each promotional offer has its own applicable terms.
• A bonus applies to only one account per person.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address claim a bonus, it may be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bedi baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or sold.

5.2 VIP Program

bedi baji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up to a higher tier based on your regular betting activity. Each tier offers a weekly cashback — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver, 0.8% for Gold, and 1.0% for Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the net losses for the week.

6 Betting Rules

bedi baji accepts bets on cricket, football, and other sports. The sports betting section offers various bet types including match winner, handicap, over/under, and multi-bets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is postponed, the bet amount may be refunded, unless the match is completed within the scheduled time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bedi baji reserves the right to void that bet.
• If multiple bets are placed on the same outcome within the same event, they may be restricted or cancelled.

6.1 Live Betting

The live betting section allows bets to be placed at real-time odds on matches in progress. Odds change rapidly in live betting, and a bet may not be confirmed if the internet connection is interrupted. In any dispute related to live betting, bedi baji's server logs will be considered the final record.

7 Casino Game Rules

bedi baji offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and other games. The individual rules for each game are displayed within that game.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• If a game stops mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to server logs.
• If an unusual win is obtained by exploiting a bug or error, that win will be voided.

7.1 Live Casino

The live casino section offers games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other providers. The live dealer's announcement is final; if an objection is raised against a dealer's decision due to a technical disruption, recorded video will be used for review.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on bedi baji and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using someone else's information.
• Placing bets or playing games with the help of software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotional offers.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Fraudulent conduct towards other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of minors (under 21 years of age).

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bedi baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• On the instruction of a legal authority.

In the event of account closure, the user's legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless a decision to forfeit has been made due to a rule violation.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. It is advised to settle any pending bets and withdraw the remaining balance before closing the account.

10 Responsible Gambling

If any incorrect result or incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bedi baji reserves the right to review and, if necessary, void that transaction. In such cases, the user's original stake will be refunded.

13 Limitation of Liability
